Real estate is broadly recognized as the world’s largest investment asset class, and the industry includes hundreds of University of Illinois alumni who remain closely connected with the University and Gies College of Business.
Students in the Reichard Real Estate Academy will participate in a rigorous program designed to deliver a highly specialized, impactful real estate education. Upon completion students can expect to pursue entry-level jobs in commercial banking, investment banking, investment management, consulting, public securities or real estate development, and brokerage or asset management.
About Nate Reichard
A 2006 Gies Business alumnus with a degree in accountancy, Nate Reichard is the founder and CEO of Reichard Capital, LLC. In his capacity he drives the Company’s overall strategic vision and direction. Nate has spent approximately 20 years in the real estate, insurance and capital markets industries. Nate has distinguished himself as a successful entrepreneur by managing a portfolio of almost $1 billion of transactional volume with differentiated business strategies. Nate is poised to gain inspiration from his family’s legacy in construction as Reichard Capital seeks to institutionalize its capital formation strategy and its affiliated companies.
